Another new boy

Hi everyone .... I have been browsing the forum for a while & thought I'd better join !!!,
I am fairly badly afflicted ... I've had a 916, then a 996SPS, lost the plot for a couple of weeks last year & bought an R1.
Hated that so tried a 999 and went back to a 998 FE in March.

Welcome back to the Ducati fold!! Glad you saw the error of your ways!!

Well I can't post this without upsetting some of you... but to answer ... I just couldn't fall in love with it.
I couldnt justify the four figure Termignomi (especially on a non "S" )so it didn't sound right, I couldn't believe anyone could design a bike with less storage space than Tambourini's finest, the front end felt a bit vague ( although this could be sorted) and the mirrors !!!!!

I was desperately trying to live with it when I sat on a mate's 998 which just felt so right ....so I bit the bullet.

Happydays are here again
