Brands - a Noob's view
 

No blow-by-blow report from me, I just wanted to say what a brilliant weekend I had, and what a brilliant introduction to racing! Close but fair, competitive but friendly, organised but relaxed ... exactly what I was looking for. To top it all, the weather was better than we had a right to expect for mid-March!

The racing itself was great fun and I had some good dices. The bike went well all weekend and needed very little attention (thanks Neil!). I can't complain at getting 6th, 7th and 8th in my first ever meeting considering all 3 of my starts were absolute pants:( (Note to self: must try harder off the line). I've a lot to learn, but at least I've taken the first step.

Nice to meet and race with some of you last weekend - and I hope to meet more of you at Snetterton. Bring it on! :D

Glad you enjoyed it Simon, you've summed up exactly what DD is all about.
And as you say the conditions were a bonus, now Snetterton seems along way off and most of us can't wait
