As a member of FSB I get newsletters which sometimes have the odd bit of useful info. Latest issue has a URL for a website, topic heading is "Tips for safe trading at internet auctions", thought it might be of interest to anyone thinking of getting involved.

You can tell it's a government site by the wonderful construction of the URL, about as straightforward as a tax return :D
