What a week !!!!
 

Hi gang , i've just got back from a marathon ride on my 996!

It started last friday when 22 of us headed off to Assen for the Moto GP (what a day awsome) then we went to Nurburgring for 2 days and then on to the swiss alps and then worked our way back up through France to finish off at Brugge on friday night !

The Duke never missed a beat and even with the new gixxer thou's and new R1's in hot pursuit of the desmo, They were no match throughr the twisties:smug:

so all in all 3000 trouble free miles and an Awsome week !!

But I bet you wish it had a better fuel range, 24 litre tank would be handy.
What tyres have you got on the bike and how well did they wear.

anyway,i'm running corsa front standard rear (DIABLO'S) the rear has just started to flat and the front one is knackered as i think i made the wrong move (Too Soft) for some of the high speed motorway work i had to do from time to time !

but all in all V happy with package set up and performance ! skids let me know on that tank ................ mav:smug:

Sorry Mav only got one 24ltr Alloy tank and i'll be keeping that for my own use.
