fuel problems
 
on returning from france last week my 1995 916 SP started to miss at about 7k rpm. It seemed like a fuel starvation thing. Apart from the fuel filter anybody have any ideas what it could be. Running a PFM chip which checks out OK.

Have you checked the spark plug is not breaking down?

Could also be the TPS.
