investigating service history
 

Hi,
does anyone know if ducati dealers or ducati uk themselves keep records of service details for a bike based on engine/frame number. I know you can contact car manufacturers and get a copy of a car's service history. If so anyone got contact number/email?

I doubt very much if anyone keeps records other that normal accounts type stuff. I think Ducati UK keep records of recall work done though.

If you dont have stamps in the service book or receipts i dont think youve got much chance.

depends where and if it was serviced at the same place in question because our local ducati agent does keep records and gets intouch with you when it is due.

Try contacting the garage/garages it was serviced at and ask them for details of what was carried out on the services. I did and they mailed me copies of the invoices too.
