Ride height adjuster
 

Just changed standard rear sprocket(36th) for a 38th on me 748r,can anyone remember which rod end is left hand and which one is right hand thread,so i don't chew the feckers up,when i adjust the ride height!!:puzzled:

It's in the manual isn't it? Sorry ... don't have one to hand!

Bottom one with the groove around the nut is the left hand thread

Just remember that both nuts undo anticlockwise and you'll be fine :D
