Well, Got my 749R today I got it today, absolutely beautiful, pity it is p*****g down so i cannot get out on it. Went to the local Ducati dealer instead and bought, New hugger £120, DB Screen £40, Exhaust guard £50, Heel plates £55, White number board £50. I got a cracking discount off list price as the new hugger was supposed to be £170 !!! Priced the 749R specific termi,s 57mm titanium with curly looking pipes, filters, ecu,and these alloy trumpety looking things, list £2300, to me £1700. Normal s/steel with link pipe, filters and ecu ,price to me £850. I think i will stick with the £850 one. Went to fit the hugger and thought it was going too easy then i noticed the bolt on the inside of the swinging arm so looks like it is a job for the morning as i will have to figure out how to get to it as i do not want to start taking the wheel out already. Will keep all informed of my progress. By the way does anyone have a CBR600RR as a spare as i have loads of top brand goodies up for sale. |
