Help, need some help a bit quick!

Whilst upgrading the exhaust on the bike, I have just managed to sheer off two of the three front cylinder exhaust manifold studs.
They were totally siezed to start with, even decent penatrating fluid and some gentle heat failed to help.
first couple of mm and that was it, snap.
would really like to get it sorted for the sunday ride to popham if possible.

anyone good at drilling out manifold studs. cash payment not a problem.
any help would be really appreceited.

cheers
Red..

Might be worth trying Tyreman (Steve) out. He's got full workshop facilities and isn't too far away. He can even collect if necessary.

He's at Wraysbury Tyres -

Email: info@wraysburytyres.co.uk

Phone: 01932-562299

He's a good lad too!!!

Don't know where in Surrey you are, but try giving Pro Twins a call (South Godstone, not far from Jcn 6 of M25) 01342 892 888. They are very helpfull.

They do seem to be very busy, but they may be able to help you out...

thanks for replies peeps, tried all possible shop and mechanic wise options with no joy for a quick fix.
Tried the dreaded stud extractor, but no joy, more chance of snapping that to.
I resorted to a last ditch plan, drill the whole lot out and fit helicoils and replace all tree suds.
Just managed to get a kit of the right size.

By 2.00pm today all three replaced, job sorted and really strong too, and done in situ & working upside down.
Looking good for popham now,
:bouncy::D:bouncy::D touch wood all else will be fine.

thanks all for info.
