Mobile phone advice Hello, Just on an off chance that one of you is a mobile phone technician. Any ideas my wife has a Nokia 6600 and stopped a multimedia message being sent, (being sent to wrong number) as a result she now has a message in the outbox with deferred attached to it. I have tried to delete it no joy, tried to copy to draft's then delete no joy. Was advised to using "Fexployer" access C and mail and delete all the (000001000) files etc. But now I can not access any multimedia setting, looks like I have deleted some important files. Is it possible to restore these files? from the phone or CD any advice would be great as I am now in the dog house, regards TopiToo |
I know a few and they said this... Go to the nokia website - http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,18122,00.html and the support area you should be able to send the settings to your phone as a service essage and this should help download the missing files. if not: scan the nokia forum http://www.forum.nokia.com/main.html worst case there is a firmware reset / factory default but that is a bit drastic, the code is....*#7370# P.S. the 6600 is a bit of a buggy phone Paul |
