Hi John,
The headlights are all the same, it's just a small deflector plate in the main beam that determines if it's UK (LHD) or "foreign" (RHD), and you can easily remove the plate from your UK headlight and swap it over. It's only 3 screws (maybe 4) to take the headlight unit out of the shell, and one to remove the plate.
