 Uncle Porry, best advice ever I had from this board was to get meself off to gp/casualty and get checked out.
 following day I had pains in left arm and it appears that this is expected with a shunt when you're on the bike, specially as your holding clutch with wrist on bars. Expect pain in wrist/elbow/shoulder.
 Still sorting mine from last May.
 Definitely get your bike checked out, and carry a throw away camera next time.
