Well the good news is that
this offer is now available in the UK!! All you need to do is sign-up with the site - it costs nothing and all you need is an email address.
Then you need to sign-up for TWO of their offers. The offers cover things like applying for a Credit Card, switching to PowerGen, getting an eBay account, or depositing a tenner at a gaming website - that sort of thing.
I've picked the two cheapest which is a low-cost call service through my BT phoneline which is free. The other was to put a tenner deposit down at a gambling site - which they matched with another tenner - so I'm now playing cards for cash
