I have just had all of my phones going at once here and I am trying to do some work today!
I had already spoken with Phil on Monday evening and appraised him of what we were working on with regard to his application for entry to both Classes on two different bikes in 2006. I informed him that the Race Committee was looking at some clarification of the wording within the rules to make sure that there was no misunderstanding.
This is one of a number of "issues" that the Committee is having to look into at this time and I spent a couple of hours last night drafting a briefing/update note for riders hat once it is agreed we will be issuing shortly (probably early part of next week as Monty is away).
To answer Glyn's statement above, his entry for Class B has been accepted for 2006.
I have already U2Ud Phil to say that I will talk to him tonight and take this item forward, as at this time he has not been told that he cannot have an entry in Class B on a 2nd bike as far as I am concerned.
We will deal with these issues off line and update entrants in the next briefing note.
