| We've recently been taken over by honeywell who have a very significant amount of indian employees ... and we are being pressurised to move work out there. Trouble is, its all technical work, so I cant help be think that there will be trouble ahead from the inevitable slaphead/raghead/whatever syndrome of their unfamiliarity with things we take for granted. There are already an annoying number of conference-calls with most of the time taken on re-explaining things ar trying to slow them down so we can understand them :lol |
