| Always worth being aware of this kind of thing - 09 is a premium number and can cost you lots of money. The problem with these scams is that they quickly mutate into something new (some other type of delivery card or letter) and because the perps simply do a bunk with the cash, they just keep coming.
Anything that uses an 09 number should be treated as highly suspect.
