The mechanic did say that one of the plugs (the rear I thnk) was blackened. He said 1 idle screw was seized and one choke stuck on (I think he said?). I have taken to taking whatever he says with a very large handful of salt tho!

I dont ride it hard till its good and warm, but up to 80 degrees it seemed to run fine. So no, I dont think it does do it when cold.

On the way back from the garage yesterday. At 4000rpm, or 5000rpm once the temp went above 90 degrees gasing the throttle hard it splutters b4 it takes off. Ther was no sign of this prior to the work being carried out.
