| Front axle is a different size - the 620ie uses the same axle as the 748/916, but the carby SS are smaller.
You can remove the bearings and replace the inner spacer with the large size (order from Ducati, not expensive) and then fit the bearings from the newer bike - now it will fit! Cheaper than a new wheel! |
