Thanks for the U2U Pedro - while I won't divuldge exactly what was wrong (I'm sure you can find it by searching the thread) all I'll say is that it was down to attitude rather than the products!
I can understand Pedro's point fully, and don't blame him for taking his stance, but I've never come across it myself.
