I've replaced the glass in mine - took two units with either side smashed and made one good one!

You just need to keep cutting away at the sealing compound that holds the glass in place until you cut the glass free then clean it up. Clean up the headlight that you want to keep (removing the broken glass is a lot easier!) and then "glue" the good glass in place using some window sealant. I used some black window sealant from B&Q that cost about £5 for a tube.

Leave it to dry for a couple of days and check it's set before fitting. You might get the glass inside misting but this is just the chemicals being released from the sealant as it dries. Spray a rag with some window cleaner and give it a good wipe out to get rid of it.

Where to get one? Try breakers and ebay!
