| Here's a pic of how I fitted mine. I used a longer bolt on one of the clip-ons and put a small spacer underneath it, then used the original reservoir bracket. I used a big pair of pliers to twist the bracket as I switched to a smaller reservoir, but you won't need to do this if you keep the original one. I prefer the smaller reservoirs, especially as they have plastic lids so don't corrode!
I also has issues with clearance as I've got a carbon surround on my clocks. I spent ages getting the clip-ons in just the right position so they didn't touch and in the end went for some replacement (slightly longer) bars to give me more room to move things outwards. They actually work quite well and were only £20, just made it all a lot easier and fit nicely with my black parts too! |
