| Along with the fairing You will need to lockwire the sump plug, oil filter (use a large Jubilee clip or a K&N filter) Oil Filler and the Oil Filter cap on the right side of the engine just below the clutch cover.
A Oil containment Belly pan to ACU spec will be required, bar ends require spherical bungs.
On a Monster raising the pipes and footrests for better ground clearance would be a good idea.
That covers the basics to get it out on the track, to make it more competitive, loosing some weight off it and the brakes can be improved as can the suspension.
As for the engine I would suggest getting the cams dialled in and getting the fueling sorted
