If she won't pay up, threaten to take her to the small claims court. In an ideal world, you'd get your insurance company to do the repairs, submit your witness's statement with your claim and they would claim the costs back from her. Unfortunately, insurance companies can't be arsed and you just end up losing your no claims bonus! Hope you get it sorted out. Try to be a bit more selective in your choice of girlfried in future.
