I'd be spitting blood if that happened to me (clearly, my girlfirends know how to behave themselves!). Have you considered getting a quote to repair ALL the damage and sending it to her? If she won't pay up, threaten to take her to the small claims court. In an ideal world, you'd get your insurance company to do the repairs, submit your witness's statement with your claim and they would claim the costs back from her. Unfortunately, insurance companies can't be arsed and you just end up losing your no claims bonus! Hope you get it sorted out. Try to be a bit more selective in your choice of girlfried in future.
