50mm Carbon Termigs with DP Half Race Chip - setup properly!
Remove mesh from air intakes for better air flow
Pipercross MPX038 OEM-Style replacement air filters - 18 quid a pair
Pro V-Twins Slipper (ramp & bearing) - about to be replaced with an STM Evo 48T slipper
14/40 gearing on quick release TSS sprocket - need 96 link chain for this
Suspension setup on Snetterton trackday by Ohlins suspension - worth doing as I didn't know if the bike was setup to standard or not and it feels better now
Sparco rearsets (exact copies of DP ones for half the price) for maximum adjustability
Taken pins out of bars to adjust position of brake and clutch - really worth doing (costs nothing!) and very scary when you reach for the brake first time and it's not where it used to be!
Tinted high-screen from Busters - only 38 quid and really good while on the move if you're lanky like me!
Other than that the rest is just tarting it up with carbon
