http://www.cfsnet.co.uk/ Kevlar fabric is £12.50 per metre square and a 600ml pack of resin (which will do about 10-20m^2 of fabric) is under a tenner.
Really easy to do - cut fabric to shape, coat mixed resin onto inside of fairing, place fabric on resin, work resin through fabric with roller. Repeat for any number of layers then leave to dry.
