| You should be ok running a different chip with the standard cans. The chips alter the fuelling, making it richer to cope with the increased airflow of the bigger bore cans.
If you're like me and ride a couple of miles to the MOT station with your standard cans, then having the bike running slightly too rich won't hurt it at all. |
