I use
Overnet but it's recently reverted back to it's original name of eDonkey.
Sometimes I can get maxed out a connection 58k/s, but others you'll have trouble getting anything at all. My machines run 24/7 so I just leave it downloading.
BTW, don't forget to run
PeerGuardian too!
