bearing removal

Hello

Anybody have any tips on removing the bearings from the swinging arm?
I guess the obvious would be to use a socket and lump hammer,
but would ideally like to use a puller of sorts. Any suggestions?

Also would you advise replacing the large green o-rings on the concentric hub?

for the bearings i just warmed the arm up infront of a gas fire to get enough heat into it, then tapped it out with a socket and it near enough fell out. (burnt my hand on the arm though haha) as for the green O-rings, im just cleaning them up with water then using rubber grease and using them again.

probably of no use but i have a copy of a genuine ducati manual if you need any info, i also have a full parts list with exploded diagrams and part numbers if you need it
