fans blowing hot air into air intakes

Mark 06-Jul-2005 15:30

Fans were fitted the wrong way round, or spinning the wrong way round?

Fans blowing so hard they were causing a vaccuum around the airbox and actually sucking air out of the engine.

Mr_S 06-Jul-2005 15:34

fan blades broken, not shifting enough air, and binding causing a massive current drain resulting in the electrical system being overworked blah blah blah...

TP 06-Jul-2005 15:35

Fans were yellow and therefore too slow?

Twinfan 06-Jul-2005 15:51

Have the fans cut through a wire of some sort?????

Mark 06-Jul-2005 15:52

Something to do with the temp sensor? Coming loose or something?

Henners 06-Jul-2005 15:54

Flanks and Twinfan ...

... get together you're alost there :smug:

Mark 06-Jul-2005 15:56

Air temp sensor came loose, and was reading the engine as cooler, so the fan was not working or fan was blowing cold air onto sensor?
