I have my suspension simular to yours and i weight in at 13.5 stone.
I find my front pushes and has a tendancy to run wide into a corner, i have added some rebound but it hasnt helped much - i think... |

I was told to keep it under 8K for the first 600 miles but i was allowed to go over it now and again. Oh dear :(
Oh well - that slight loss in BHP im sure can be made up by a set of loud cans... |
