710mm near as makes no odds. Thats with the bike on the ground/stand. Obviously if you need a little more or less, you could drop them through the yokes a little. I have around 15mm protruding above...

If you are tracking it, you won't go far wrong with a pair of Pirelli Super Corsa's. But I whatever you fit, I would stick to the 180 section on the rear.
