Exclamation wheel spacer!!!!

There is a spacer that fit inside the r/h seal between the bearing and the axle....it usually doesn't fall out that easily so it might still be there.

ah that'll be the....

......when you reset the TPS did you also set up the throttle body balance, air bleeds, and the co trimmer? All 4 of these are crucial for the bike to run smoothly. It sounds like it might be running...

Sometimes the front locating "peg" bracket actually bends back allowing the tank to sit to far forward and rub against the s/damper. also make sure the rubber grommet in the front of the air box...

explaination of cooling system

The cooling system is partially pressurised (so boiling point is higher), and is controlled by the expansion tank pressure cap.
The tank between the cylinders is a "catch tank" for any coolant...

according to the ducati parts list standard gearing is 15-41. This is also confirmed by my autodata manual.
chain is 520x98
