The o-ring should be tight, I would recommend getting a new one. From memory it shouldn't be baggy, mine was and leaked, the new one was nice and tight.

It is usual to replace chain and sprockets together.

Combination I'll leave for others to suggest.

Alarm may be a good call - so if it has one check it hasn't gone into hibernation mode, if it is a Datatool they can do funny things occasionally. Check the alarm fuse - assuming it has an alarm.
