I found that my 748 was always undertemp, at 60...

I found that my 748 was always undertemp, at 60 deg most of the time, so i bought a new thermostadt, which opened at exactly the same, about 60 degrees. I adapted said tstat so that it opened at 75...

Recon youve hit nail ont head Mr Zimbo, Dukes are one of those bikes you get so attached to that money is irrespective, but doing all your own work saves a wadge, and, IMHO is half the fun:D

Have found best way to do long distances on 748 mono is to eat loads of pies:D ...bulge on belly is just right on tank to take strain of wrists, tho is more expensive now what with the tax:(
