Castrol and Honda have apparently done research and say that warming up an engine by letting it idle damages the engine.
Its Far better to get on straight on and just keep the revs low for 10 minutes...

We got DP carbon cans for the M620ie and they turned out to be Termis. Price was good, and they sound lovely on the 2 valver. Very deep and mellow when lor revs and really open up the low/mid rage.

More chance of Traffic wardens getting run over when they have to step in the Road to see my disc!!
