So i was looking at my bike ('97 600ss) after i cleaned it the other day and noticed my right footpeg is slightly bent.
I have been to a few bike shops this morning to scope out a replacement pair (maybe some nice alloy ones or something) but no one has any where the knuckle is wide enough to suit the hangers.
Just wondering whats maybe my best option? If im replacing them id sooner get an aftermarket style, than replace like for like.
Bugger. Oberon dont do the knuckle fitting for the older SS. They say they will eventually make them to suit, but they need the bike/part to get dimensions.
Mood: Must fix Superlight... Must fix Superlight...
Na, they do... I've have a set.... Had them on my SuperLight 'till I fitted rearsets.
Just been in the garage and tried them on my 888. They fit that too so you could just order the ones on the 888 page. I'd be willing to bet the early monster ones would do too.
