Sidestand spring removal

Does anyone have the process please?

don't care about the cutout side of things, just don't want it to spring up.

Either get a bolt from Brancatto or the curved plate from the later ones, try Nelly for those

Mood: Ugly girls (749) are more dirty.....
Cheapest option is to hacksaw the "protuding" part of the bolt flush with the shoulder.
Then loctite bolt back into pivot and centrepunch the bolt flange against sidestand. Takes about 15 minutes.
