we can have a nice chat about race tactics over b'fast, and then mosey on down to get our stuff checked at race control. sort the bikes out, chuck a couple of quick laps in for practice then chill out till the races.

tech control 8-10
practice 9.30-11

then wait for the races.

so brekkie at 7 then i recon.

trust me i wil be doing **** all to my bike, no tyre changing, no gearing changing, maybe the odd little suspension tweak but thats it.

Still sounds like breakfast at 7am to me! Last time we trackday'ed at Cadwell we left the B&B at 7.15am and had the bikes off the trailer and on paddock stands by 7.30am!

Can't see how an extra ten minutes drive makes any difference at all?
