Garages at Brands
Whats the score with garages at brands ? on the entry form its £15 quid i am assuming that they allocate x amounts of bikes per garage, as its through newera does that mean it will be with other DD bikes or what ?

Also has anyone had their newera membership number for this year through yet or can i just stick last years on the form ?

Just leave the number out Paul.
Phil at New Era will put it in for you when they get the form as they have'nt sent the membership's out yet and they will have your number alocated. The number may be different as my 2009 and 2010 were different.

Paul if you give New Era a call they will tell you your new no. (I did) and it was different to last year.

Do we know what the situation with garage allocation is yet? I'd pay £15 as long as it's a garage shared with other DD'ers. Trudi, I know you were talking about this on Sunday, any ideas?

Not Sure how Hottrax do the Garage allocation, maybe Rattler or Couchie could tell us but it wouldn't suprise me if they tried to split the endurances teams evenly among them so that when the 3 hour endurance race comes they aren't tripping over each others gear, then fill them out with th other classes

Well I'd like to say there was a logic to the HT garage allocation, at the start of last year it was based simply upon alphabetical order, but to be honest it really became first come, first served and you set up where you could - much like a trackday affair.

I assume you're not having to pay for garage space this year? if not then the above approach is likely to happen.

With the endrance races, often 3 hour, 6 hour (not now run), Juniors and National ran i nthe same garage and sense just said that the team not running at that time moved to the back of the garage.

The HT paddock is a very friendly place and there's no great egos there at all - just show up and park up I reckon (unless HT say otherwise?)
