Oil on rear tyre
Hi All

Does anyone have any ideas of how to remove engine oil from a rear tyre.

My crank case breather pipe split putting oil on my tyre!!

soap, water and alot of scrubbing I would think , dont know if you can use a gunky type product as that would leave it's own residue

Brake cleaner. Get it from halfords or a local motor factors in an aerosol.

Just don't use it in a confined space and its pretty flammable as well.

Your bike must be a bit of a heavy breather to get a significant amount of oil on the back tyre??

Big wheelies on a non deep sump 998 motor??
