Headlight Adjustment/alignment

my headlight spends most of its time spotting satelites so I would like to adjust it, can anyone advise how high the beam should be at a given distance. Also has anyone else adjusted the headlight of an ST4, can they give me some tips.

thanks

Under the LH instument panel cover there is a small 8mm hex head screw facing back from the rear of the head light. Anti clock lowers the beam, clockwise raises it. Under the RH cover there is a similar screw for left-right adjustment.

I have mine about 5-10 degrees down from horizontal, and it past the MOT like that.
Thats off the stand with me sitting on it
