help me I\'m confused. exhaust

I need to know if all the small termignonis are the same ie will a 749 fit a 999s, I know that there is one pipe with them but dont know if it's the one out of the 2 on the bike thats differednt for the deep sumped models. ps they should of called the 999 the destroyer of tyres.

I think the pipe diameter might be different on the 999. I may be wrong though.

All the assymetric cans are the same whether its is for a 749 Dark or a 999S.The differances are with the front pipes.Deep sump bikes and '05 bikes with the racing style swingarm need differant front pipes.(Deep sump-749R,999S & R)
For example a system for an '03/04 749 will not fit an '05 bike because a differant bend is required around the swingarm.Similary an '04 999S system will not fit an '05 bike.
BTW,a front pipe designed for a deep sump bike will still fit a standard sump bike.(As long as its the same model year!)
Confusin' aint it!?

You'll be lucky,a system for a 749 recently went for over £750.
