Mood: a ducati is for life not just for christmas
over filled

i took my 999 for a service about a month ago at JHP .since then ive done about a hundred miles .i went to check the oil level wich is a regular thing i do together with the coolant level and i cant even see the setlment level i have put the bike right on its side then it starts lowering its self in the window .i phoned them up sraight away and told them they said bring it back .i asked them if it would cause any damage to the engine and they said it would be ok .but want it put pressure on the engine and the seals

should be ok
its not a pressured sump
worst thing would be to get "carry over" up the breather - air box.
