Having had experience of both,i would go pc111.

1.Easy to install
2.Nationwide backup
3.add ons like quickshifter just plug in
4.can be adjusted with a laptop by yourself
5.can be disconnected if there is a problem and bike will run on standard chip

I have a FIM chip in my 916SPS...you have local support available at MotoRapido - Steve is an expert at setting them up.
I'd go for that if I were you,
