Painters & Chromers in Surrey

SPS is now in a large number of bits in the garage and now need to locate some decent painters and chromers in surrey. Need a nose cone painted and a number board plus a seat unit painted. Also decided to chrome the exhausts. Should look brill.

Chris,

No need to chrome exhausts - just get them mirror polished (stainless steel). I got mine done for £50 a few years back (Denne Electroplaters in Cowfold Sussex 01403 864124).

Thanks for the info guys and gals.

Does it matter what state the pipes are in to get them polished? Would make more sense then they could do the cans as well - and a few other bits

My 916's pipes were in a right state with 10 years of crud and tarnish - came up like the family silver

The pipes look very good if vapour blasted then wiped over with wire wool.

If its chroming you want then the best place I have found is the London Chroming Co in the Old Kent Road.
