Just watched that video clip on my PC (I have them all saved...but don't know how to show them here as a link???).

The BSB boys take it after dropping down 3 gears, in 3rd at about 110mph.

Flat out, on the 675 yes, every time only way to keep up with the 620's.

I learn't this following one very quick local lad....won a few DD races last year...cut my lap times at Cadwell by 2-3 secs easily after some tuition.

Late entry, way off the bike's side and hold on tight.....and away you go!

My old man used to have the lap record for sidecars in the 80's and he said not to backoff, just go down one gear and power through it, mind you he was also the one who taken out the post at mansfield

I've managed to hold it flat on the monster up Coppice, but that was running supercorsa's - I haven't managed to do it on Diablo's yet, I keep rolling off slightly to turn it.

Need bigger testicles!

After a full morning session on a warm circuit with soft slicks I could take Coppice flat on the old 996. Took me most of the day to get the bottle, but it could be done. At the last DSC track day there, I was instructing someone and they eventually improved about 3 seconds by building up to it after watching me go through. I very much doubt I'll be able to take it flat on the beast though. She will be hitting the turn a good 10 to 20 mph quicker than the old bike.

I have just got off the phone to JR, and he tells me that on his Rizla bike, it's a VERY heavy braking zone and down from 6th to 3rd.

He thinks on the Duke he was only coming down to 4th. 'kin nutter!
