Then Roy Thersby of the Thersby Group in Middleboro may be able to help. He builds F1 & F2 Ducati frames (of the type race by Rutter and Co. in the 80's). He has all the jigs and can sort out your frame for you from almost any condition and, if needs be, he can actually build you a new one to the same spec.
I've just collected 5 wheels from him today after he repaired one and had them all sprayed up for me - very interesting bloke with a good collection of 80's ex-race bikes apparently with factory connections and some sort of relationship with Rutter. I'm getting him to fix the frame of one of my 800ss' which, has a tweak in it.
