I was in a meeting this morning and I said "Aha" and they stopped talking and looked at me, I'd just had an idea about racing, but I couldn't tell them that ... I spoke for ten minutes about a spreadsheet I built after that

That's perfect! I've had several instance of people repeating questions to me while I drift off on clouds of inlet manifolds, main jets, ride height, etc....

I'm gagging to get going, but not going to rush to by this bit. I may not be too skilled with a spanner, but I love the prep, discussions, learning, riding in weird conditions and the complete unknown that is our grid!

Bring it on!!!

Sadly Sparkydude, i don't think the grid formup routine at club level will allow for brolly girls

I've got some lined up tho... y'know, just in case!

My work output is suffering a bit lately too - I spent most of today dreaming up a team logo. It's quite scary, should keep the aussies at bay!

Glad it's not just me that's been experiencing exactly the same problems with my work concentration lately!!

I work from home and can escape even less - my dining room is now a shrine to racing - racing diary blu-tacked to wall with schedule for all sorts of things, Post it notes now appear like wallpaper, clipons, bits of bodywork, race kit, new calipers adorn my dining room table and if the snow keeps on then the bike will be in the living room the weekend for rearset and exhaust fitting.
Only 65 days to go
