748 - what security as standard?
Anyone know what if anything is fitted to 748s security wise as standard? ie immobiliser, alarm etc.

Only asking as been doing quotes and my current insurer would not even quote me for it! If I had 1 more year NCD it would charge me £550 FC. Best I have found so far is £375 Comp.

I would have thought most 748's would already have had an immobiliser fitted by the previous owner(s)

Just steering lock, ring around tho, some require alarms some don`t.
Most seem to like a brick garage.

I quoted 'standard factory security equipment' and got the discount, that was through Ducati insurance.
The ignition lock don't even work with the head angle in the race position

Bennets gave me a good deal last year however it has got an alarm. £112 garaged Tpf&t, no bonus - that went on the 999 which was £220 with Ducati insurance Comp
